Our
Heritage:
The
Cash Money Brothers Franchise, (known as the
"CMB" from this point forward,) began as a dream
of the late great Dr. James Naismith. The entity and framework of the
franchise were established in the fall of 1991 by one Mr. J. Legend and the
franchise was then co-founded in the fall of 1993 by Mr. J. Legend and Mr. G.
Murph.
It
was intended to be an institution for basketball greatness just as the late
Dr. Naismith envisioned it to be. It is an organization that was
designed to bring in the brightest young stars from all walks of life and
mold them, not only into great basketball players, but into role models, and
contributing citizens of society as well.
For
more than a decade, the CMB have accomplished many things, won numerous
championship titles, and set many records. Although we have had great
success over the last 20 years, I believe our brightest and most productive
seasons are still yet to come. Thank you and God bless America.
